I heard in Chapter 2 the merchants will be selling 24 ounce cans of Red Bull.

Anyway, as Trylo said, the game is about "real" people (I guess you can call them humans)... Which is why we can't be elves, dwarves, etc. Giving wings would be like introducing Demons and Angels as playable races and would kinda blow the whole thing out of whack.

It may be a cool idea for something like WoW and FFXI (Oh God help me for speaking those accursed words) but in Guild Wars, it should never happen.

Are you saying that the characters in guildwars are more real than the characters in rose online? When you turn off the game, does your character go do things in the real world?

Wouldn't that be great! One minute I am fullfilling the Flameseeker Prophecies as Frostmourne Wielder and the next I am running down to the hardware store to check out that brand-new-buy-chest-get-helm-free infused dragon armor as me! About the wings, that would really kill the mood, sorry...

one way you could take this thread is say we need new back items besides just capes, like say u had like somthing else on to show your guild emblem, besides just a cape... just and idea

Actually, CO is older than GW. Guilds is nothing new in the gaming world, and I believe Guild War is a good way to describe a war between guilds, don't you think?

I can't seem to figure out how Dragon Balls are copied from GW though.

edit: I do agree though, CO is one of the most boring, yet most addictive MMORPGs available.

Sounds like a nice award for Championship Guilds, Wings would be alot more impressive than Cape Trims.

I am supportive of many diverse backpieces besides cape, those tinny mantles we have now just look crappy on most characters. The most popular fashion is removing your cape.

mleh go play sacred or invest in kotex stock.

Lets just think about this. you live in a dark-ages type world with castles and villages and such. you walk into town and there you see 4 identical people standing on the stairs dancing in their underwear. just down the road is some ass with giant angel wings shouting "Want to sell gold max damage fellblade for ten k! message me for detail" Just a bit further is a surly dwarven monk screaming "NOOB!" every five seconds at someone. You then grab your gear and if Anet had em jump on your horse and ride the hell out of this freaking asylum.

If you cant fly (and since your not an angel/demon) what the fook is the point of wings.

m3h...

I'd prefer a skin that gave my Necro the appearance of Kali. Multiple arms and a necklace of skulls would look rather impressive.
